How our review works

Why is the free queue up to 14 days?

Every submission is checked by a person: we open your site, confirm the Vinggle badge is in place, make sure it is a real, working AI product and prepare its page. We review free submissions in batches, so it can take up to 14 days, and we would rather do it properly than publish everything automatically.

Free queue

Up to 14 days

Reviewed in batches, in order of arrival. Listed as submitted, without editorial review or score. Requires the Vinggle badge on your site.

Fast-Track

Under 24 hours

Moves your tool to the front of the line with a human review, eligibility for the verified badge, and priority placement in its category.

Important Please read before submitting
  • AI tools only. We only list AI-related tools. Non-AI products are not approved, so please make sure yours clearly qualifies before choosing a paid plan.
  • Badge required for Free. Free listings need the Vinggle badge on your site (checked by our team). Free submissions without the badge are not published.
  • How paid plans work. We verify your site first, then send you an invoice by email. Your listing goes live once the payment is received, so please use an email address you check regularly.

Frequently asked questions.

How does payment and publishing work?

+
Upon submitting a paid tier (Fast-Track, Featured, or VIP), an editorial invoice is issued to your email. We accept Credit/Debit cards (processed securely via PayPal) and Crypto (USDT/USDC). Once cleared, our editors verify your assets and publish your listing within 24 hours.

What link and visibility do I receive?

+
Every paid tier — Fast-Track ($9), Featured ($29) and VIP ($39) — includes a permanent listing in our curated directory with a direct link to your product, plus exposure to Vinggle visitors. As recommended by Google for paid placements, links on paid listings are marked rel="sponsored", so we do not promise search ranking gains or a specific amount of traffic.

Can I update my listing details later?

+
Yes. Simply email us at [email protected] with your listing URL and requested changes (such as a new logo, modified pricing, updated tagline, or active promo codes). All editorial updates are processed free of charge.

What tools get rejected?

+
We reject non-functional prototypes, bare landing pages without a demonstrable product, spam or clone tools, and websites with broken security certificates. Paid submissions that do not meet quality criteria are refunded in full.
